About the Job

We are looking for a Site Operations Specialist for a 6 month FTC contract.The Site experience team exists to execute the strategy for Levi.com for the 15+ markets that are covered by this European team, across product, promo, pricing and content management, site experience and improvements including weekly reporting and bug fixes.

About the role:

This person will master the tools that are behind the customer experience of Levi.com, using co-ordination of information, stakeholders and the tools to drive the best-in-class consumer journey on the site.

Leading the Site Operation team in the daily work, managing key web operations for the set-up and maintenance of the websites. Be the point of contact of different cross-functional departments (ecom marketing, Site merchandising, site operations, IT Support). Key part of the role is the ability to digest the Levi.com strategy and implement the right actions at the right time. It is vital to assess and prioritize based on business impact and execute with great attention to detail. This role has a major coordinating part as well and will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role will directly report to the eCommerce Experience Manager.

What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities:

  • Source and enrich product information (e.g., pricing, descriptions) and follow up on missing data. Monitor and improve the product go-live process for multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with Site Merchandising and Planning teams for accurate and timely product launches. Align product go-live processes with seasonal launch calendars.
  • Managing translation requests and lead operation with our partner to deliver translations on time.
  • Manage promotional activities using Hybris Back Office and optimize tools for customer experience.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks on go-live activities and coordinate with Consumer Services.
  • Track and escalate live bugs, collaborating with IT support for resolution. Partner with eCommerce stakeholders to address site bugs and manage resolution tickets
  • Develop and implement improved processes for product enrichment and go-live workflows. Drive enhancements to the site experience, such as size guides, consumer-friendly color groupings, and navigation updates.
  • Serve as a Salsify super user and support teams with updates and process automation.
  • Lead or participate in key site projects (e.g., system migrations, UAT, process or tool implementations). Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on system updates and process changes.
  • Drive site experience enhancements (e.g., size guides, color groupings, navigation updates).
  • Coordinate regional and country-specific promotional activities (e.g., Black Friday campaigns, Mid-, End of season sale).
  • Support the team with taxonomy, promotion management, and technical queries.
  • Actively participate in simplifying workflows and implementing new tools/processes.
  • Oversee and managing daily activities of contractors/operational support, providing mentorship and training, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Managing and coordinate the promotional activities from operational side and make sure the team follows deadlines and roll out the promotions successfully (e.g., TopNav update, Promotion set up -sale price, badge upload, promo mechanic promotion set up, QA with support, fix issues, adapt last minute changes, ect.)

The ideal candidate

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience of success in an ecommerce experience/operations role. 
  • Experience with web analytics tools, e.g. Omniture
  • Attention to detail
  • Process driven
  • Excellent analytics skills and advanced Excel skills 
  • Experience of working across different markets (bonus). 
  • Understanding of IT Systems’ interdependencies (ie. Image Banks, Hybris) 
  • Offer a flexible, determined and positive working attitude 
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce fashion business, its seasonality and product cycle
  • Passionate about the customer journey and thinking consumer first
  • Brands ambassador and strong Product understanding 
  • Commercially aware 
  • Strong communicator
  • Ideally experience in managing a team / able to work with agency

Technical knowledge:

  • Preferable: knowledge/experience with Salsify, Hybris or similar software.
  • ContentStack
  • Has worked with ecommerce backend systems
