Our Client are a leading Main Contractor who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a existing new build residential development.
You will working underneath a Project Manager as a no.1 Site Manager - coordinating M and E and finishings trades / packages.
Role available to start asap
The Client will Consider both Permanent and Freelance candidates
You Must have:
CSCS Card
SMSTS/ First Aid
Ideally previous Main Contractor experience
Experience WIthin Residential New Build and Refurb Projects
Local to Bromley, Kent area.
