Currently, bbf: is looking to expand its internal staff and is seeking for a Site Engineer in Limassol.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of on-site operations to ensure successful project completion within time, budget, and quality constraints.
- Planning and scheduling of project activities.
- Overseeing building works.
- Ordering and overseeing the delivery of required site materials.
- Coordination and management of subcontractors.
- Managing labor costs.
- Maintaining records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, and reports.
- Ensuring the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies, and legislation.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction.
- Project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ambitious and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- Languages: English and Greek.
