Calling all originals: At Levi Strauss & Co., you can be yourself — and be part of something bigger. We’re a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it. Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. Find your fit — and your future.

We’re looking for a Site Content Specialist to join our European eCommerce team and help accelerate growth in our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. Based in our London headquarters, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping best-in-class digital experiences across Levi.com in Europe.

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and optimizing storytelling content across our European sites. Working closely with site merchandising, marketing, creative, and global teams, you’ll ensure our consumers experience the Levi’s® brand through inspiring, localized and commercially impactful content. You’ll report to the Head of eCommerce Trade and act as a ContentStack CMS super user, driving flawless content execution at scale.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll hold the keys to the site and marketing content experience for Levi.com across Europe — driving promotional campaigns, supporting full-price storytelling, and ensuring seamless execution across devices, browsers and languages.

Content Management & Execution

Own and manage content updates across the Levi.com ecosystem (homepage, landing pages, category & product listing pages), ensuring accuracy, impact and alignment with merchandising and marketing calendars.

Collaborate with the European Creative Studio to brief, upload, translate and launch content using ContentStack CMS.

Act as a CMS expert, training new team members and continuously improving content workflows.

Lead end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring content goes live on time and to the highest standard across all markets.

Conduct regular site sweeps to identify issues, maintain accuracy and uncover opportunities for optimisation.

Partner with Site Merchandisers to align on product priorities and optimise PLPs for visibility and conversion.

Storytelling & Localization

Work closely with local marketing and cluster teams to localize content calendars and develop storytelling that resonates with different European markets.

Manage and evolve the Off the Cuff blog seasonal calendar, collaborating with Creative Studio and SEO teams to create and launch content that drives traffic and engagement.

Coordinate the delivery of content assets to partner marketing teams to ensure consistent and impactful execution across external eCom partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with email, social, site merchandising, loyalty and operations teams to deliver cohesive and flawless content experiences.

Support loyalty activations through on-site experiences, raffles, retail events and rewards programs.

Partner with global teams to implement new technical features that enhance storytelling and user experience.

Analytics & Optimization

Use consumer insights, web analytics and reporting tools to measure content performance against agreed KPIs and feed learnings into future strategies.

Produce regular content performance reports and partner with global teams on A/B testing and content experimentation roadmaps.

Work with agencies on the SEO strategy, ensuring content and copy are optimised to drive organic visibility.

About You

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) such as ContentStack.
  • Strong attention to detail, a sharp eye for creative excellence, and a passion for storytelling.
  • Enthusiastic about fashion, culture, and eCommerce, with awareness of industry trends.
  • Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimise performance.
  • Proactive, organised, and customer-centric.
  • Bonus: Copywriting and/or basic Photoshop skills.
