We’re looking for an experienced Shooting Producer for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to work across premium golf content, delivering high-quality, fast-turnaround films across digital and broadcast platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in golf who is equally comfortable operating camera, shaping stories editorially, and delivering polished edits under pressure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Shoot and edit high-quality golf content to a consistently high standard. 
  • Work across live environments, tournaments, training sessions and talent-led shoots.
  • Deliver fast-turnaround edits for digital and social platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, directors and post-production teams.
  • Manage shoots independently when required, from planning through to delivery.
  • Capture compelling visuals that reflect the pace, personality and storytelling needs of golf across broadcast, digital and social platforms.
  • Ensure all footage meets technical and editorial standards, including sound, lighting, framing and branding guidelines.
  • Operate confidently in live and high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.
  • Contribute ideas for content formats, storytelling approaches and visual style to help evolve the golf content offering.
  • Weekend and out-of-hour work will be needed at times and there will be some travel involved. 

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You’ll have strong experience shooting and editing professional sports content.
  • Confident shooting on Sony cameras, ideally Sony FX3, 6 & 9.
  • Strong editor using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, turnaround-driven environments.
  • Excellent storytelling instincts and strong editorial judgement.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Background or strong working knowledge of golf.
  • Experience delivering content for broadcast, digital and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with working around elite athletes and live sporting environments.
  • Understanding of sports rights, access and production protocols.
