We currently have a vacancy for a SharePoint Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Valletta, Malta. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint online environments;
- Implement and document controls and processes to perform pro-active maintenance on the SharePoint online environments;
- Provide 2nd level support, configuration, and maintenance, on SharePoint online based applications;
- Monitor and report on usage as well as perform security audits of the systems;
- Interact with project teams and other stakeholders involved in SharePoint infrastructure and applications;
- Produce and maintain documentation relevant to the activities;
- Automation improvements for SharePoint Online sites;
- Create, delete and configure site collections;
- Assign and manage user permissions;
- Monitoring and adjust SharePoint Online site storage limits.
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with a minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Experience with SharePoint site collections automated migration tools;
- Experience with SharePoint Online automations with PowerShell PnP management shell;
- Experience with Power Apps environments and automation Flows;
- Knowledge of security audits of the systems;
- Knowledge of performing pro-active maintenance on the SharePoint online environments;
- Excellent command of the English language.
