What impact you’ll make:
As a member of the FP&A Reporting & Automation team, this role will elevate Gas Power Services’ strategic financial cycle by delivering forward-looking insights that shape monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, the annual operating plan, and long-range planning. It will translate key business drivers and leading indicators into clear narratives, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses that guide resource allocation, pricing and mix decisions, service contract profitability, and risk/opportunity actions—enabling faster, more confident decisions by leadership.
Partnering closely with commercial and operations teams, the role will pressure-test assumptions, align priorities, and frame trade-offs to protect margin and cash while advancing growth and productivity objectives. While leveraging automation and digital tools to scale insight and speed, the emphasis is on strengthening forecast credibility, increasing decision quality, and improving enterprise performance. What you’ll do  

  • Drive the strategic financial planning cycle (monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, annual operating plan, long-range plan) by delivering executive-ready insights and action-oriented recommendations. 
  • Translate key business drivers and leading indicators into scenarios and sensitivity analyses that inform resource allocation, pricing/mix decisions, and service contract profitability. 
  • Quantify and manage risks and opportunities across revenue, margin, and cash; recommend mitigation and upside actions with clear owners, timelines, and expected impact. 
  • Partner with commercial and operations leaders to pressure-test assumptions, align on KPIs, and frame trade-offs that protect margin and cash while enabling growth and productivity. 

 What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) 

If hired outside of the U.S.A:

  • ​Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • ​Minimum of significant experience of finance, accounting, or audit

If hired in the U.S.A:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from and accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience of finance, accounting, or audit

  • You think strategically and quantitatively, connecting operational drivers to P&L and cash, building scenarios and sensitivities, and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. 
  • You communicate with executive presence, distilling complex analyses into concise, insight-led narratives and visuals that influence decisions in planning forums. 
  • You are proactive and intellectually curious, pressure-testing assumptions, surfacing risks and opportunities early, and leveraging automation to scale insight, speed, and forecast credibility. 

If contracted in Italy: EU work permit, Fluency in English and/or Italian

If contracted in Spain: Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: EU Work Permit, NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.



For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
