Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to join our expert team. The consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, optimizing portfolio, program, and project management processes for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical configurations and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and integrations related to ServiceNow SPM.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Conduct testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides to assist teams and clients.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices to continuously improve client solutions.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
- Proficient in ServiceNow SPM configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS as applied within the ServiceNow environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM) are preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
