The Role

The ServiceNow Architect serves as both a functional and technical expert, collaborating with customers to implement ServiceNow Workflow solutions that adhere to industry best practices. This role is dedicated to addressing key customer challenges, driving meaningful business outcomes, and delivering exceptional value. The role spans activities across pre-sales support, direct customer delivery engagement, and advocating for customer requirements within ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities:

Customer-Centric Solution Design: Lead customer engagements by providing architectural guidance and aligning ServiceNow Workflow applications with the customer’s broader technology ecosystem, while ensuring governance and best practices are in place.
Strategic Advisory: Engage with senior leaders to define implementation roadmaps, address change management strategies, and maximise Workflow application adoption.
Pre-Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to conduct solution presentations, facilitate scoping workshops, and estimate implementation efforts in collaboration with the account consult partners, other kyndryl practices like strategy transformation, security and resiliency and cloud
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with the customer Servicenow teams and stakeholders
Mentorship and Enablement: Support and guide internal ServiceNow delivery teams to elevate their expertise and delivery excellence.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Experience

•4 + years of experience ServiceNow

•10+ years of experience in general system architecture.
•Architectural experience of large customer change and transformation projects
Industry Knowledge: Strong business acumen and experience in IT, Employee Experience, Customer Service, Risk and Security, and others.
Technical and Functional Expertise: Comprehensive Technical knowledge of ServiceNow Workflow solutions, governance frameworks, and best practices for technical implementation and operational success.

Programming Knowledge: Experience in programming languages such as Java Script, Angular JS, and REST Web Services.

IT Service Management: ITIL processes, framework and best practices knowledge.

Agile Methodologies : Experience with Agile development practices.
Customer Focus: A proven ability to address customer challenges and deliver measurable outcomes through innovative solution design.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all level.

Problem Solving: Analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams, including customer senior executives, client partners, consult partners, and delivery partners, to ensure aligned and successful implementations.
Continuous Learning: A commitment to evolving processes, improving delivery frameworks, and staying ahead of product advancements.
