Your Career

We are seeking a client-facing ServiceNow Project Manager, who will manage multiple small to medium-sized professional 
services projects. The Project Manager is responsible for leading project crews to deliver projects on time and on budget with exceptional customer satisfaction. Your Impact

  • Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of project from Initiate to Close
  • Facilitate crew and customer meetings
  • Determine communication plans
  • Develop and manage project schedules
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations
  • Create project status reports
  • Ensure adherence to NewRocket delivery methodology, including project controls
  • Manage customer relationships with high integrity and professionalism
  • Manage project scope and identify need for and develop change orders

Your Experience

  • 5-10 years of business-related experience, with a minimum of 3 years in technology Project/Program management, with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including project financials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for different clients
  • Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
  • Comfortable working with remote crew members across multiple time zone

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • PMP certification
  • Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred
  • ServiceNow certifications / accreditations preferred.
