ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking an ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As an ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and maintaining the integrations and applications within ITSM, HRSD, SPM, SIR, etc that enhance our operations and services implemented on the platform. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Security Incident Response, Software asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, maintainability, and compliance with best practices.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues as reported by customers or automated alerts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, senior developers, and architects to refine technical approaches and system architecture to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions implemented.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to processes and systems.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical workshops.
- Help define best practices for module development in a high-compliance regulated setting
What you need to have: including hands-on module development and scripting.
- 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Platform and development best practices
- Experience with ITIL practices and frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and related ServiceNow development tools.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong growth mindset
What makes you stand out:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience working in or with regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or finance
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices within ServiceNow environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable enterprise solutions.
- Experience with writing and executing tests with the Automated Test Framework
