We are looking for a Digital Marketer (SEO & Design) to take charge of our organic search activity, utilize web design activity and enhance our brand presence, all to drive company growth. Role Overview

As the Digital Marketer (SEO), you will have responsibility to drive organic growth and maximize online visibility. You will play a crucial role in enhancing search rankings, Conversion Rate Optimization and creating high-quality content to increase traffic and product signups.

In addition to SEO expertise, you must be highly skilled in web design, with proficiency in Elementor and WordPress, ensuring an engaging and optimized user experience. Your ability to craft compelling site content is essential.

This position requires a balanced skill set across SEO, web design (Elementor/WordPress), and content creation to ensure our online presence is both discoverable and highly engaging.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
  • Leverage your web design skills to enhance site usability, functionality, and overall UX.
  • Utilize Elementor to create, update, and optimize web pages for both search engine and conversion optimization.
  • Write, edit, and optimize engaging high-quality content for the website, ensuring it aligns with SEO and conversion goals whilst staying aligned with UX practices to improve readability and engagement.
  • Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. From this information resolving issues related to site speed, indexing, crawling, and structured data.
  • Optimize and manage on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures
  • Optimize new and existing on-site content to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Build and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends to continuously refine our approach.
  • Plan, deliver and optimise on-site and cross platform marketing funnels.
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing department, along with the sales and product teams to align your efforts with broader company goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ambitious and growth driven. We’re after individuals who are passionate and truly love their craft.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Search Engine Optimisation, ideally within a SaaS, tech or small agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Elementor and WordPress, along with other web design tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices, including a deep understanding of how design choices (e.g., layout, UX, page speed) impact SEO and content effectiveness.
  • Existing portfolio showcasing past projects that demonstrate expertise in content writing, on-page SEO, and user-friendly web design.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and optimize engaging content.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working remotely with teams across multiple time zones is highly desirable.
  • Experience with YouTube SEO.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO and design perspective would be a plus.
