Job Description

We're looking for an SEO Content Manager to help shape and deliver content-led SEO campaigns that drive measurable organic growth. Reporting to the Senior SEO Director. You'll work across the full content SEO lifecycle - from research and optimisation to creation and performance tracking - ensuring content is discoverable, engaging, and aligned with broader marketing goals.

This is a hands-on delivery role with input into strategy: you'll contribute ideas, help refine content roadmaps, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented, while collaborating with creative, technical, and client teams to bring plans to life.

The ideal candidate has a strong grounding in content creation, on-page optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Help develop and execute content-focused SEO strategies in line with client objectives.
  • Develop editorial content plans in collaboration with content leads and SEO specialists.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research to identify opportunities for new or improved content.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps, underperforming pages, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Write, edit, and improve content for SEO and user engagement across multiple formats.
  • Ensure metadata, headings, and internal linking are optimised for visibility and click-through.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and UX teams to ensure smooth implementation of content recommendations.
  • Work with technical SEO teams to ensure content is supported by solid site architecture and indexation.
  • Understand important technical factors (e.g., Core Web Vitals, schema, mobile UX) that influence rankings and content performance.
  • Contribute to link-building and digital PR efforts by supplying high-quality, link-attracting content.
  • Track content performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering content-led SEO campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficient in writing and editing, with the ability to produce engaging, search-optimised content.
  • Experience with on-page SEO best practices and keyword targeting.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and Excel/Google Sheets for analysis.
  • Awareness of technical SEO principles and how they relate to content performance.
  • Convey ideas clearly and effectively when collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing recommendations.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining E-E-A-T standards.
  • Experience supporting digital PR and link-building campaigns.

Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
