What you’ll do

As our SEO & GEO Manager, you’ll optimise our digital channels for both traditional search engines and emerging generative AI platforms, making sure our customers enjoy a simple, intuitive digital experience. You’ll analyse and scope business requirements, drawing on customer and colleague feedback alongside other metrics to keep our content and services highly discoverable as the search landscape evolves.

You’ll work closely with analysts and developers to make sure information architecture, content solutions and user experiences are aligned to requirements and fully tested before going live.

Your day-to-day will focus on:

  • Conducting keyword research to uncover opportunities for content optimisation and improved discoverability
  • Performing regular site audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexation, and performance issues
  • Supporting customer acquisition across PPC, organic search, SEO, affiliates, aggregators, programmatic and social-direct response channels
  • Supporting the development of our GEO strategy by partnering with the team lead to design and implement approaches that enhance visibility in generative AI search experiences
  • Working closely with data modellers and analysts to monitor, track, and analyse media performance, making informed adjustments to improve impact and results
The skills you'll need

Be the specialist driving smarter visibility across search and generative platforms. You’ll bring strong analytical skills alongside hands-on experience with leading SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Profound or comparable platforms. You’ll also have a strong grasp of technical SEO best practices, securing scalable performance across evolving search ecosystems.

We’ll also be looking for:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and experience-management principles
  • Financial services experience in a similar role, paired with strong commercial and business awareness
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver against tight timescales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across teams
