As a Senior Workplace Specialist based in our London office, you’ll play a critical role in cultivating an inspiring, efficient, and safe workplace that embodies Monday.com’s dynamic and people-first ethos. Reporting into the workplace team lead, you’ll work across multiple locations, ensuring that each site is fully operational and reflects our commitment to employee well-being, sustainability, and seamless productivity. The ideal candidate will have a genuine care for people, a knack for facilities management, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating spaces where people love to work. This role will be a key player in maintaining our London office’s reputation as a welcoming, innovative space, while also supporting additional sites as our footprint grows.


About The Role:

  • Facility Operations: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Space Management: Optimize space planning and office layout to meet evolving needs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, security, and services.
  • Workplace Support Act as the main point of contact for workplace-related issues, from space requests and support or maintenance needs, Foster a positive work environment by ensuring employees have the tools, services, and support needed to work effectively.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations through audits and improvements.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Drive efforts to reduce energy use, waste, and promote sustainable practices.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage budgets for office resources and services.
  • Workplace Support: Address workplace requests promptly and in line with SLAs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in workplace or facilities management, with hands-on expertise in multi-site environments.
  • Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and managing change effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring every space you manage reflects Monday.com’s standards of quality and creativity.
  • Collaborative: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and employees at all levels.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive and resourceful in identifying issues and finding solutions to maintain optimal workplace conditions.
  • Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proven multi-site facilities or workplace management experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or creative environment.
  • Office fit-out/relocation experience 
  • Strong project management skills with experience assisting on small-to-medium scale office projects.
  • Familiarity with workplace management software 
  • Understanding of budgeting processes and cost management.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel between sites as required.
