Description

## The Opportunity

Want to be the person editing short form content for the next generation of digital moguls? We're searching for an enthusiastic, driven, and creative Senior Video Editor who specializes in creating long-form content.

At The Growth Partner, we've scaled from zero to multi-7 figures in under 2 years, and we're about to hit 8 figures. Why? Because we don't just create content – we build empires.

Visit our Website:

Our Co-Founder, Jordan Lee, talking about the business:

## Location

** Fully Remote

** Potential opportunity to relocate to Dubai

## This Isn't Just Another Creative Role

You'll be:

- Working directly with our founders based in Dubai, becoming part of their inner circle

- Collaborating with top-tier agencies that handle the biggest names in the industry

- Getting unprecedented access to network with industry leaders

- Editing content that sets standards, not follows them

## What Makes This Different

- **Real Creative Freedom**: Drive the creative direction. If you've got wild ideas that could work, we want to hear them

- **Direct Founder Access**: No corporate ladder to climb. Work directly with the decision-makers

- **Elite Network**: Build relationships with entrepreneurs who are reshaping industries

- **Serious Growth**: This isn't about making pretty videos – it's about crafting visual strategies that build empires

## The Role

- Your main responsibility will be editing the long form videos of our co-founders Jordan Lee and Jacob Le Vine in the Alex Hormozi style

- This includes editing and adding graphics to videos for Youtube

- You will report directly to the Chief Content Director and collaborate closely with the marketing team

- Your strength lies in finding the perfect balance between quick execution and creative editing

- You have a deep understanding of what makes short videos engaging, including effective hooks, pacing, structure, music selection, and graphic design

- Your expertise allows you to consistently produce top-quality long-form content every week

- Tracking the performance of your videos (retention rate and views)

- Paying close attention to comments on your videos (qualitative feedback from the market)

- Staying on top of trends on YouTube

Requirements

## You Should Have:

- A portfolio that makes people say "damn"

- We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in a similar role, and you should be able to demonstrate the measurable improvements you've achieved in your previous work.

- Extensive experience with the below editing style

- Deep understanding of long-form content – hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy in the Alex Hormozi style

- Ad editing experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proven success on long-form content as the editor for growing accounts

- Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Slack)

- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change

- Mastery of premier editing E software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)

- An eye for storytelling that goes beyond basic videography

- The drive to push creative boundaries and set new standards

## This Role Is For You If:

- You're tired of creating content that just looks good but doesn't drive results

- You want to be part of something bigger than just another marketing team

- You're ready to elevate your game and work with people who will push you to be better

- You see yourself as a future industry leader, not just a content creator

- You're excited about living in one of the world's most dynamic cities

## Not For You If:

- You're looking for a 9-5 with clear boundaries

- You're satisfied with creating "good enough" content

- You're not ready to be challenged daily

Ready to stop playing small and start creating content that matters? Show us what you've got.

Benefits

## The Package

- **Salary**: $6,000-$10,000 monthly

- **Development**: 1-1 coaching from C-Suite executives

- **Training**: Access to $20,000 worth of professional development

- **Travel**: Paid trips to Dubai for leadership development

- **Equity Potential**: Opportunity to join our share scheme after 12 months based on your impact

- **Relocation**: Full support for international candidates
