Senior UX/UI Designer (Product Design)
About the Role
We’re partnering with a new client in the prop tech industry to help elevate their user experience and redesign their design system at scale. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a key role in transforming their digital platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class user journeys and scalable, consistent design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design execution for key products — from discovery to delivery.
- Drive UX strategy by deeply understanding our users, their pain points, and the market context.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to solve complex problems and ship fast.
- Challenge assumptions. Ask the tough questions. Be a voice of clarity and simplicity in the product development process.
- Translate insights into smart, elegant, and intuitive interfaces that balance user needs with business goals.
- Operate with autonomy. You don’t wait for perfect specs — you bring clarity through action.
- Work fast and with purpose, balancing speed and quality to get meaningful work into users’ hands.
Requirements
- A senior-level designer with 5–8 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally in fast-paced, product-led companies.
- A strong executor — you’re comfortable shipping detailed UI, building flows, creating prototypes, and polishing interactions.
- Confident and collaborative. You’re not afraid to push back, challenge product or tech decisions, and influence the roadmap.
- Curious and investigative. You ask why — a lot — and you’re not satisfied with surface-level answers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in environments where you have to define the problem before solving it.
- Experienced working cross-functionally in agile environments.
- Skilled with Figma and modern design tools. Bonus: experience with design systems and/or data-rich platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketplaces, real estate, or B2C platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies or working closely with engineering teams.
