monday.com is looking for a User Experience Research Operations Specialist to help take our UX Research program to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to bring our Product, Design & Marketing teams closer to our customers, so we can continue to build delightful, best-in-class products that are used daily by millions of people worldwide.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our UX Research, Product Management, Design, Data Analytics and Customer-facing teams to create an environment and develop infrastructure that enables us to have direct access to our users at scale.

About The Role:

  • Build intuitive, repeatable and efficient processes for UX Researchers and non-researchers to manage their UX research projects, start-to-finish
  • Source, screen and schedule participants for remote and in-person UX Research ceremonies and studies 
  • Manage and maintain 3rd-party vendors and research tools 
  • Assess and introduce new tools that will help our research activities
  • Support & scale adoption of tools and methods; via resources, onboarding, ongoing training, support and staying up to date with new capabilities in the market
  • Serve as the go-to person for questions regarding research execution and identify opportunities for better training and/or education 
  • Manage payment system and budgets for research incentive program
  • Build transparency across the org, by maintaining a repository of research outcomes & learnings
  • Enable visibility of research insights and impact to Product & Design leadership
  • Coordinate logistics of UX Research ceremonies & events
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously share measurable results of process improvements that illustrate operational excellence
  • Provide strategic insights into the critical factors that impact the UX research practice and continuously optimize our approach, artifacts and systems, based on changing needs and team growth
  • Work with Legal & Security to ensure our research practices are in line with regulations

Our designers lead complex processes and create a product that people love and marketing content that is creative, unconventional and impactful. It is our mission to build an all-round high-end experience for our customers. The UX Research Team collaborates with stakeholders, Designers, Product Managers, Engineers to prioritize research opportunities and scope in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience developing operational processes 
  • Demonstrated experience improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Systems-thinking approach and creative problem-solver
  • Ability to roll your sleeves up and get very technical - whether it’s automating our workflow, collaborating with our data analysts or testing new tools
  • Strong project management skills, detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English (You’ll be communicating with customers and vendors regularly) 
  • Past experience working within a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Familiarity with product development processes and how qualitative research methods fit in to this, a plus
  • Previous experience with monday.com (or a similar tool), a plus
