We are on the lookout for a visionary Senior UX Engineer to join our creative team. Lead the charge in transforming user experiences within our financial software solutions, ensuring that accessibility and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of our designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Innovative Design & Development: Develop state-of-the-art, intuitive interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, catering to both multi-page and single-page applications.

- Collaboration & Creativity: Work cohesively with design experts and multidisciplinary teams, integrating your innovative ideas while adhering to up-to-date design best practices.

- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Guarantee all designs fulfill strict development guidelines and superior quality standards, with a strong emphasis on accessibility (experience of WCAG compliance is required) and search engine optimization.

- Prototyping & Mockups: Create engaging prototypes and mockups that energize stakeholders, supporting sales and project teams.

- Project Estimation: Deliver comprehensive effort estimates for customized client projects, ensuring clear and effective planning.

- Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of technological evolution, elevate our design benchmarks, and share emerging insights within the team.

- Comprehensive Documentation: Generate detailed documentation for all design and development processes.

Essential Skills:

- Educational Background: A degree in computer science or a related discipline.

- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Web UI/UX design, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- CSS Expertise: Mastery of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass/Scss), CSS Grid, Flexbox, and responsive frameworks like Vuetify, Bootstrap, Material Design.

- Design Tool Proficiency: Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Photoshop for wireframing and prototyping.

- Framework Familiarity: Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular.

- Testing & Optimization: Capable of using web UI testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Selenium) and optimizing for performance.

- Commitment to Accessibility: Extensive understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for inclusive design.

- E2E Testing: Proficient in end-to-end (E2E) testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress.

- Version Control & Agile Methodology: Experience with Git and Agile Scrum methodologies.

- Language Skills: Fluent in English.

- Soft Skills: Demonstrates strategic thinking, autonomy, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.

- Experience in Fintech will obviously be appreciated.
