Job Description

This team within Publicis Groupe is focused on revolutionizing the creative advertising industry through innovative AI-driven tools. Our mission is to empower creative professionals with intuitive and seamless solutions that make their work more efficient and impactful. We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Design Designer to help us shape the future of our cutting-edge digital AI products.

The Role: We are looking for a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on visual design to support our Product Design Lead in crafting a suite of AI tools. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of existing AI tools, a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to create visually appealing, intuitive user interfaces.

As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Product Design Lead, product owners, and development teams to craft engaging, user-friendly experiences that make use of AI to meet the evolving needs of creative professionals.

• Work closely with the design team to develop visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for a suite of AI products
• Transform complex concepts into clear, user-friendly experiences
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, generative AI, and marketing to inform your design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to continuously improve our products
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by actively seeking ways to enhance the user experience of our products

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on visual design for digital products
• Exceptional visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your best work
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
