Who We Are:

Gram Games is the studio behind popular titles like 1010!, Six!, Merge Dragons!, and Merge Magic!, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. We are proudly part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family. We do things differently here: we work in small self-managing teams, giving you an incredible amount of ownership, autonomy, and impact.

At Gram, everyone is expected to have a razor-sharp focus on creating a tangible impact on their team, their work environment, and on the overall company strategy. If you are motivated by autonomy, constant improvement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, this is the place for you.

We are looking for a high-impact Senior User Acquisition Manager & New Games Lead to spearhead the growth of our newest titles. This is a dual-threat role: you will be the strategic architect for new game launches while maintaining a "hands-on-keys" approach to scaling campaigns.

At this level, we aren’t just looking for a campaign manager; we need a launch specialist. You likely come from a high-volume publishing background (Hyper-casual or Hybrid-casual) and are accustomed to the "fail fast, scale faster" mentality. You will sit at the heart of our London operations, working across Gram Games and other Zynga studios to turn new concepts into global hits.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the UA "go-to-market" strategy for a pipeline of new titles, moving from soft launch to global scale.
  • Manage daily operations across social, SDK networks, and programmatic channels with a focus on rapid iteration.
  • Take full ownership of budgets and ROAS targets, utilizing your P5-level expertise to navigate complex privacy landscapes (ATT, SKAN 4.0).
  • Partner deeply with Creative Labs to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing assets, specifically focusing on Improving IPM and CTR in competitive markets.
  • Act as the UA lead for Gram Games, bridging the gap between Product, BI, and Monetization teams.
  • Share best practices across the Zynga network and mentor junior team members on launch frameworks and data analysis.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Experience in mobile UA or performance marketing, specifically within the mobile gaming sector.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment (Hyper or Hybrid-casual) where you have successfully released and scaled multiple games.
  • Advanced analytical skills. You don't just read dashboards; you find the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Deep understanding of MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and the technical nuances of tracking and attribution.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot strategies quickly based on real-time performance data.
  • Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience specifically within the London gaming ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of ad monetization and its interplay with UA (LTV modeling).
  • Experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets for top-tier global titles.
What We Offer You:
  • Highly competitive salary
  • Private medical care
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Awesome onsite chef serving breakfast, lunch, and lots of treats (naughty and nice)
  • Life insurance and a favorable pension scheme
  • Healthcare cash plan including dental and optical coverage
  • Amazing tech to work with and consoles to play and relax with everywhere you look!
