A great opportunity for an experienced professional services consultant to join a Global Systems Integrator as a Senior TS Systems Integration Specialist in our expanding Technical Services team. You will help articulate, design and implement secure network solutions to meet NTT UK’s clients’ business requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver successful business outcomes for NTT UK’s clients through technical delivery excellence.
  • Lead and contribute to the technical delivery of multiple projects and technology streams that include architecture, design, configuration, and installation of solutions that meet client expectations - within the defined parameters including budget, timescale, and specified deliverables.
  • Create, maintain, and review technical documentation, ensuring that accurate information is always available, and exacting quality standards are achieved.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to maximise opportunities within each environment.
  • Provide technical pre-sales and architecture support during sales activities when your subject matter expertise and experience are required.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of specific technologies, earning trusted specialist status in that field.
  • Attend user groups, technical training, and seminars to increase knowledge in business relevant areas.
  • Contribute to opportunity identification and winning incremental business.
  • Mentor junior members of the team from a professional, technical, and business perspective.

Skills and experience

Essential

  • Extensive track record in an IT Technical/Professional Services role, architecting and delivering complex infrastructure solutions for medium and large enterprise environments.
  • Tangible experience and sustained certification to a professional or expert level
    • CCNP / CCIE
  • Proven ability and experience with design, implementation, integration, migration, and troubleshooting of solutions encompassing a range of technologies, including (but not limited to):
    • Cisco route/switch in Data Centre, Campus and Enterprise environments
    • Software-Defined Networking, security and access and automation methods, for example:
    • ISE, SD-WAN, ACI, SD-Access
  • Solid understanding of interlinked technologies throughout networking, wireless, security and data centre solutions.
  • Proficiency in the creation and peer review of project related documentation (e.g. HLD, LLD and ABD), ensuring consistent quality of deliverables, feedback and recommendations.
  • Experience working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team completing full project life-cycle implementations.
  • Confidence and experience in the planning and conducting of architecture/design workshops, working collaboratively with customers to derive informed technology decisions.
  • Commercially astute and able to identify and articulate scope change requirements within a project, including contribution to change requests and change advisory boards.
  • Previous experience working within groups of people, and ability to educate, enthuse, coach, and mentor.
  • Currently hold, or willing to complete SC & DV Clearance checks where required
  • Valid UK Driving Licence and ability to travel is essential

  • Experience with design, implementation, migration, and troubleshooting of solutions using a range of technologies, including (but not limited to):
    • SD-WAN (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba)
    • Wireless (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Aruba)
    • Hybrid cloud connectivity and architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Cisco Partner Specialisation certifications
    • Enterprise Network Architecture
    • Secure Access Service Edge

Additional Information

  • Working hours:
    • Normal working hours are 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday UK-time, however, you may need to be available and willing to work outside these hours in accordance with client requirements.
  • Location:
    • The role is based at NTT UK, at King William Street, London, but remote/hybrid working is expected. There will be a requirement to undertake work within our clients’ environments, travelling accordingly.

    • Senior Technical Team Lead
