ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Trade Planning Manager, you’ll own the online trading and merchandising strategy for Quidco.com, applying ecommerce best practice to drive revenue, customer engagement and ROI. Think homepage, campaigns, trading calendar, performance optimisation and commercial storytelling, but in a cashback and affiliate-led environment.

You’ll run Quidco like a high-performing ecommerce storefront: setting the trading rhythm, owning performance targets, building compelling promotional narratives, and continuously optimising based on data.

If you’ve worked in ecommerce, digital trading or online merchandising and enjoy combining commercial ownership, creative execution and performance analysis, the fundamentals of this role will feel familiar, just with a different and exciting business model.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Onsite Campaigns and Merchandising

  • Create high-impact, themed campaigns that bring offers to life through strong storytelling

  • Brief and request compelling creative assets, formats and layouts

  • Write or guide commercial, conversion-led copy that drives clicks, engagement and revenue

Performance, Insight & Optimisation

  • Own performance tracking across campaigns and placements and translate performance into clear actions and recommendations

  • Use data and insights to optimise campaign promotional mechanics, placement, layouts and messaging

  • Monitor competitor activity and keep close to market trends to support campaign optimisation

Cross functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Commercial to secure market leading cashback rates and exclusive offers

  • Work alongside Customer Operations, Marketing, Design and Product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Strong experience in ecommerce, digital trading or online merchandising with a proven track record of owning trading performance and commercial outcomes

  • Comfortable working with KPIs, forecasts, budgets and ROI

  • Experience building and running promotional calendars, managing budgets and forecasting costs

  • Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of what drives online conversion

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using reporting and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)

  • Confident shaping conversion-focused campaigns, including optimising copy, layout and imaging

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Confident working cross-functionally in fast-paced digital environments

  • Curious, proactive and always looking to improve how things are done

WHAT REWARDS ARE ON OFFER

  • Up to 27 holidays + bank holidays

  • Pension up to 6% employer contribution

  • Bonus scheme

  • Digital Doctor on demand

  • Work from anywhere scheme – 2 weeks per year

  • Financial coaching

  • Mental health platform access
