JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the delivery and administration of compensation programs across the EMEA region, helping ensure our rewards practices remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
A key focus of this position will be supporting the organization's readiness and implementation efforts related to EU Pay Transparency requirements, making this an exciting opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys combining analytics, compliance, project work, and stakeholder partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs and processes across EMEA, including salary range management, market benchmarking and compensation survey participation to support market competitiveness; analyze market data and labor trends and provide data-driven insights and recommendations; support regional and global compensation programs as required.
  • Support EMEA regulatory readiness and implementation activities, with particular focus on EU Pay Transparency requirements, including employee information request processes, reporting, documentation, data analysis, process development, and cross-functional implementation support.
  • Conduct job evaluations to support internal and external equity; develop an understanding of jobs and organizational structures to formulate recommendations on job leveling and alignment, pay transparency requirements, labor law compliance, etc.
  • Provide effective consultation to various audiences (i.e., HR, Talent Acquisition, People Leaders, etc.) and share knowledge on compensation practices, processes and programs; collaborate and build understanding, find solutions to inquiries and issues, and provide analysis and recommendations to ensure alignment with the compensation philosophy and Total Rewards strategy.
  • Support the annual compensation process as part of a team; provide effective project management and analytical support for merit, promotions, annual bonus and other incentive programs, including data audits, communications and resources, system testing, analysis and reporting, and effective cross-functional partnerships.
  • Take responsibility for assigned workstreams and broader Total Rewards projects through analysis, coordination, documentation, process enhancements, and development of recommendations.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain reporting utilizing analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.) to support decision-making by functional and business partners and leadership.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable EMEA regulatory requirements governing compensation programs and policies, recommend appropriate courses of action based on updates in legislation, and partner with HR Partners and the Legal team to support compliance.
  • Review and document internal processes and reports and identify opportunities for enhancements to streamline workflows while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Company compensation plan provisions.
  • Develop communications, resources and tools to support engagement and understanding of compensation programs; present compensation-related materials as requested to various internal audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, math, or other business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 5 years' combined experience in compensation, benefits or human resources, including 3 years' experience with compensation program administration, design and analytics.
  • Demonstrated application of compensation fundamentals (e.g., market pricing, job evaluations, base pay and incentive administration, consulting principles).
  • Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations affecting compensation design and administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to consult and summarize analytics in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Demonstrated time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM). Proficiency in statistics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively drive for results, as well as collaborate in a team environment.
