Job Description

Job Summary

Stewart Valuation Services, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a Senior Title Production Support Specialist who is responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provides support to branch operations by performing administrative duties and providing a high level of customer support related to accurate and timely title production
  • Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
  • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
  • Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
  • Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
  • Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others
  • Works under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
  • Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

Experience
  • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits

$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
