Are you an experienced SDET with a passion for financial services and high-impact testing solutions? At Resillion, we’re not just testing software – we’re shaping the future of Asset and Fund management on an Aladdin platform with cutting-edge automation and intelligent engineering.

We offer the chance to work on complex, enterprise-level projects involving technologies like Aladdin, Azure Service Bus, Charles River, SAP, and in-house Python-based applications. You’ll use modern tools like Playwright, SpecFlow, and Python in a TDD-first, Agile environment, helping deliver high-quality solutions at scale.

You won’t just code – you’ll lead, mentor, and transform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• ✅ Design, build, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks using Playwright, SpecFlow, and custom tools in C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• ✅ Drive end-to-end test coverage across UI, API, and data layers — covering functional, performance, and non-functional testing.

• ✅ Be the go-to technical leader, liaising between automation architects, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.

• ✅ Champion quality engineering practices and help build a best-in-class QA culture.

• ✅ Lead code reviews, guide junior engineers, and implement strategic improvements in tooling and processes.

• ✅ Provide technical demos and knowledge sharing across teams.

What You Bring to the Table

✔️ Sector Expertise: Recent, hands-on experience in Asset / Fund / Investment Management is essential.
✔️ Tech Stack Mastery:

• Languages: C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL

• Frameworks: Playwright, SpecFlow, and custom tools
  ✔️ Testing Excellence:

• Strong in data testing (SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)

• Deep understanding of Aladdin, Agile and TDD

• Hands-on with performance/load testing, API, and UI testing
  ✔️ Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring, leading test strategy, and improving quality processes
  ✔️ Tooling: Confident using Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel

Bonus Points For

✨ Experience with Charles River or Aladdin platforms
✨ Exposure to large-scale transformation programs
✨ Cloud testing in Azure environments
