Job Description

Join our growing team in Budapest and play a pivotal role as a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner for 18 months. You'll have the opportunity to build a strong team culture and make a significant impact by scaling our engineering organization to help more customers save money.


Role Objectives:

  • Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies, working closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions.

  • Build long-term relationships with top talent, guiding them through an exceptional end-to-end recruitment experience.

  • Provide all candidates with a positive experience, building a strong talent network for future opportunities.

  • Define innovative sourcing approaches to attract top engineering talent.

  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events.

  • Partner with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.

  • Utilize data to identify and address hiring blockers, optimizing processes for global scalability.

  • Coordinate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment processes and identifying areas of improvement

  • Use data to support your hiring recommendations, as well as using it to retro processes, figure out the blockers to hiring and communicate how these can be overcome

  • Proactively identify and solve complex problems. 

  • Lead branding efforts such as university recruiting, regional job fairs participation, diversity outreach and other recruiting related projects.

  • Work smart, continually optimising for automation where relevant, sharing knowledge and resources to work efficiently. Create best practices and enhance processes for global scalability.

  • Partner with the business stakeholders to create and own the recruitment strategy leveraging your expertise and excellent market/domain knowledge. 

  • Own the candidate process end-to-end from identifying to closing talent, ensuring we hire quality candidates at the right time in the right location

  • Craft a compelling narrative for our customers ensuring they receive the best possible experience in line with Wise values, even if they weren’t successful (you never know, the perfect role might come up later)


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a successful track record in tech recruitment.

  • Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent, with a passion for finding creative solutions.

  • Ability to look beyond technical skills to identify candidates who align with our culture and values.

  • Strong self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.

  • Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging roles and learning new skills.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.


Additional Information

Salary: 1,040,000 - 1,260,000 HUF
