The Role
This is the perfect opportunity for a sports-loving IT professional to work alongside leading-edge technology used by some of Europe’s top leagues.
Primarily based at Stockley Park in West London, your working hours will be largely determined by the Premier League fixture schedule. The remaining hours, up to a total of 37.5 hours per week, will be spent in a hybrid model between our London office and your home.
Your main focus will be ensuring that the machines, along with AV, network equipment, and ISP lines that power our product, are maintained, available, and any interruptions are swiftly resolved.
Additionally, you will be a key member of the global Technical Services team, supporting our entire user base and working on a diverse and interesting set of projects.
Candidates must have a generalist skillset and be able to effectively troubleshoot, analyze, prioritize, and resolve issues related to hardware and software in a timely and efficient manner. The Senior Technical Services Analyst is a first point of contact for issues with end-user devices, IT related hardware in the local office, audio video technology and workplace applications and is part of the on-boarding and off-boarding, helping, and assisting in setting up and closing user accounts. Additionally, all applicants must possess strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written) along with a strong work ethic.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Provide user support via remote and in-person sessions, chat, email, and phone.
- Work on-site at Stockley park in relevance to the Premier League schedule.
- Revise and implement improved cabling and wiring for deployed hardware
- Implement projects, work on integrations and migrations
- Document implemented work
- Create operational guides for issues resolved.
- Input detailed documentation and resolution notes to ticketing systems and other communications.
- Contribute to project work.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional personality skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong client-facing and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- An energetic, supportive, and collaborative team player.
- Strong understanding of MacOS and Windows 10/11.
- Experience in administering Microsoft O365. Google Apps and/or Active Directory.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN connectivity, applications, hardware.
- Solid understanding of networking, capable of troubleshooting issues, basic firewall config, patching.
- Understanding of proper cable management.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
- You will hopefully have worked with Device Management software such as Jamf or InTune.
- Python, PowerShell and/or Bash scripting experience is a plus.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
