Job Description:

The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process for technical and professional positions supporting government contracts. This role partners closely with hiring managers, program leaders, and business development teams to understand current and anticipated talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire highly qualified candidates.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will recruit for a broad range of technical roles, including positions in information technology, cybersecurity, software development, engineering, data analytics, systems administration, and other specialized disciplines. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced government contracting environment where recruiting priorities can shift based on contract awards, recompetes, program growth, and customer requirements.

This position requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent candidate relationship management skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the unique requirements associated with recruiting for government contracts, including security clearances, labor categories, contract requirements, and applicable employment regulations.

This position requires prior Workday Experience as well experience supporting a government contractor.
