WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are looking for Product Managers of different seniority levels in several product areas, such as Banking, Cards, Wealth, Fincrime, among others. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Become the ultimate owner of one or more technical products, taking care of them from a 360 degrees perspective, from ideation to delivery, engineering team management, tracking performance and business impact
  • Analyze data to find the right problems to solve, and breaking solutions down into smaller executable chunks that deliver value
  • Understand your user and existing state-of-the-art solutions, and create a compelling product vision and roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers and operations managers, and interact security, compliance, data, and legal teams to craft solutions that will delight our users and provide value to the business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 4 years of product management hands-on experience in user facing or technical products (i.e. platforms, distributed systems, SDKs, etc.)
  • Founder-mindset - you enjoy working in highly autonomous, ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, security, operations, design
