Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Game Developer who owns features end-to-end; architecting the logic (C#), building the visuals (Unity), and driving the execution from Product alignment to QA.
Key Responsibilities- Feature architecture - "slicing" complex features from design into technical implementation plans
- Building C# tools that automate workflows and validate assets for game teams
- Identifying pipeline friction and fixing it without waiting for tickets ("Fix-it-now" mentality)
- Taking ownership of large-scale technical initiatives with minimal supervision
- Expertise in Unity UGUI - ability to architect clean, performant hierarchies with precise anchor/layout logic. Mastery of Prefab Variants, custom layouts, and enforcing scalable architectural standards
- Ability to write production-level C# code, tools, and editor extensions (not just scripting)
- Proven ability to design and translate complex UX flows and high-fidelity designs from Figma into functional, logic-ready game objects in Unity
- Experience sequencing complex animations via code/internal systems (beyond just Timeline/Animator)
