About the Role & Team

Disney’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses within the Disney Entertainment division, helping to bring The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere.

Disney’s Technical Account Management (TAM) team within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) organization is composed of industry thought leaders and innovators collaborating with partners across Disney+, ESPN, and Hulu. We serve as strategic allies for our partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships that support Disney’s streaming product and technology initiatives worldwide. Identify new capabilities, features, and requirements across regional distribution partners, providing actionable recommendations to internal business, product, and technology teams.

Collaborate with internal product and technology teams to identify challenges, blockers, and issues requiring resolution with third-party partners.

Work closely with legal, sales, and business development teams to facilitate distribution deals that advance Disney’s product, technology, and strategic goals, including advising on and negotiating contractual terms for technical features.

Exceptional customer relationship and account management skills, with the ability to influence and advocate for Disney’s product and technology initiatives, while uncovering and evaluating implementation requirements for internal teams.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical concepts into clear business impacts and vice versa.

Prioritization –

Skilled in identifying core business objectives and technical needs to drive successful launches and ongoing support for each distribution partner.

Detail Oriented/Data Driven –

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate challenging issues, develop solutions, and deliver strategic recommendations to product, technology, business, and executive stakeholders.
