We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide technical post-sales guidance to Automat-it customers while maintaining long-term relationships, identifying pain points, and addressing them.
📍 Work location - hybrid from London
- 5+ years of working experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, DevOps, or Cloud Engineer
- Hands-on experience with an AWS environment
- Relevant AWS certification(s)
- Experience in customer-facing, preferably with startups
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives on relevant technical items
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
