We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Tech Lead with strong experience in architecting and leading full-stack development initiatives using .NET Core and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will showcase strong technical design skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep commitment to secure clean code, scalable software engineering and collaborative development working closely with other engineers, and Product teams to build and maintain high-quality products.
You Will
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications.
- Champion secure coding practices and enforces design principles across the team.
- Architect solutions using .NET Core, React, and cloud-native technologies.
- Guide CI/CD and IaC implementation for efficient and secure deployments.
- Mentor team members and drive technical excellence.
You Have
- 8+ years of experience in software development, including leadership roles.
- Sound fundamentals and knowledge of .NET technologies, with a strong focus on C# as a programming language
- Strong experience working with microservices and event-driven architecture in a cloud-native environment
- Good understanding of GOF Design Patterns, Enterprise Design Patterns, SOLID principles, secure coding practices, and Clean Code principles
- Experience in building, deploying and operating cloud-based infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD and DevSecOps tools
- Knowledge of best practices in solution architecture and application design
- Nice to have: Experience in building, deploying, and operating financial-services-grade applications and platforms
- Nice to have: Knowledge of and practical expertise with core Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Azure Front Door, Azure CDN)
