What the Role Entails

The brand also provides a wide range of services and resources to our network of developers and partner studios around the world to help them unlock the true potential of their games. Level Infinite is both publisher of breakout hit games like PUBG MOBILE and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and a collaborative partner in games such as Stunlock V Rising, Fatshark’s Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, Dune: Awakening from Funcom, Nightingale from Inflexion Studios and many more.
Level Infinite is currently seeking a Senior Tech Director with expertise in Unreal Engine and experience in developing well-known games. The ideal candidate should have full project participation experience and a background in managing development relationships with multiple game studios.

1. Responsible for conducting technical reviews of Level Infinite game projects, identifying technical risks, and providing guidance.

2. Lead teams with capability of technical resolutions to support Level Infinite's game studios on game development, such as engine development, game tools, game architecture and game services etc.

3. Manage development relationships with domestic and international game studios to ensure successful game delivery.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments.

Who We Look For

1. Experienced in managing renowned AAA game development teams, proficient in Unreal Engine, and knowledgeable in GaaS (Games as a Service) architecture and performance optimization.

2. Game development experience, PC/console would be a plus.

3. Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably worked with international game studios.

4. English as working language to interact with stakeholders in various regions.

5.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
