Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Activation

You'll bring our EVP to life across digital channels and candidate touchpoints.

  • Translate hiring priorities into audience-focused attraction strategies.
  • Own channel performance across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, kununu and other relevant platforms.
  • Partner with content, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to deliver compelling candidate experiences.
  • Ensure consistent EVP activation throughout the candidate journey.

  • At least one live nurture or re-engagement journey.
  • Clear ownership and governance of the careers site.
  • A prioritised optimisation roadmap driven by data and insight.
