What will you be doing?

Senior Talent Development Programme Consultant
12-month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Dorking or Basingstoke (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office)
Unum UK is looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Development Programme Consultant to join our innovative team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering talent development programmes that align with Unum’s strategic goals through effective facilitation and implementation.
You will oversee external learning and development suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training, coaching, and facilitation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering Apprenticeship and Institute of Customer Service programmes, with a keen eye for managing these relationships meticulously.
You will align UK offerings with enterprise-wide development initiatives, delivering relevant US programmes as needed. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will build and manage talent programmes to enhance the employee experience and support our employer brand.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Workday Learning
