We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR dream team, dedicated to our new QICT Business Unit, and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for QICT, you will:

  • Be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of the various local and international vacancies;
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs;
  • Proactively seek and attract local and international qualified ICT candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks or internally within the Group) to build and maintain a pool of engaged candidates;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition;
  • Plan and participate in selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews;
  • Ensure our Applicant Tracking System is up to date by effectively monitoring the recruitment process;
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to increase company visibility;
  • Create reports on key talent acquisition metrics to help enhance talent acquisition strategy;
  • Lead, develop, and train junior talent acquisition team members;
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that align with business priorities to include sourcing, assessment, organizational fit, and closing;
  • Liaise with the project partners and monitor recruitment update calls;
  • Coordinate the contractual procedures according to each project's official requirements;
  • Cooperate with HR BPs regarding the salary rates and ranges based on market standards;
  • Close cooperation with Top Management;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy;
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities;
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with recruitment agencies, for extended sourcing and staffing, especially for staff-augmentation services.
Requirements

To be considered you must have:

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
  • At least 6 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Proven experience recruiting for a variety of ICT roles across different levels (e.g., entry-level to senior management);
  • In-depth knowledge of the ICT industry and current market trends;
  • Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels;
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making;
  • Familiarity with social media, ATSs, and professional networks;
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills on both Greek & English language. Knowledge of a 3rd language is an asset;
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills;
  • Able to travel for recruitment purposes internationally or locally, if needed;
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
  • A positive, “can do” attitude;
  • Ability to provide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and skill availability in the ICT sector.
