We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in London.

As a TA partner in the Builders team, you will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top tech talent across various functions and levels within the Engineering, Design and Product organization.

There are plenty of opportunities to impact how we do things and to shape our hiring processes in London and globally. Therefore, This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, a passion for building strong candidate relationships, and the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and many more senior stakeholders. You are going to have a crucial part in designing monday.com future vibes and culture.

About The Role
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Leverage various channels including social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build strategic partnership with hiring managers to plan their hiring needs, provide insights, and make better hiring decisions.
  • Initiate and maintain interviewer training programs to ensure that we are set up to meet our hiring demand while taking a standardised approach to how we evaluate talent
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Continuously improve recruitment processes based on feedback and performance analysis.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior talent acquisition partner, with strong preference to experience hiring for tech roles (Engineering, Design, Product)
  • Proven experience in strategically leading end to end recruitment best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
