What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (EMEA), you will collaborate with executives, leaders, and peers, to build a hiring process that meets us where we are.. and take us where we’re headed! You have an eye on the ‘now’ and the ‘future’ in terms of the business direction and what that means for our talent strategy.
In this position you’ll report to the Director of Global Go-To-Market (GTM) & Corporate Talent Acquisition, based in Austin, Texas. You’ll support mostly Corporate/ Customer Growth / G&A hiring for EMEA with some flex into GTM and other regions as needed.
We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office per week) so please only apply if you can be available to be in-office 3 days per week, including Fridays.
This role will be based in either Vienna (AT), London (UK) or one of our Czechia locations: Brno or Prague.
You will be responsible for…
- Partnering with various stakeholders including, but not limited to, business leaders, HR, and Finance to understand and identify talent acquisition needs and opportunities.
- Building and driving end-to-end recruitment process such as identifying selection criteria, posting of job advertisements, sourcing, screening, establishing the interview process, thoughtful candidate engagement, and negotiating offers in cooperation with stakeholders.
- Ensuring clean and clear data and process integrity
- Contributing to the development and improvement of our Talent Acquisition/HR services by identifying best practices and continuous process improvement.
- Aligning process and day-to day operations. We’re still evolving our best practices, which is a great opportunity for the right person, but you need to be strong at pulling processes together in a structured way. Having that as a strength will be important for you to succeed.
Qualifications we’re seeking
- 6+ years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrable experience hiring for one or more of these functional areas in the technology industry: Corporate / G&A / GTM
- Working knowledge of building and driving process change or best practices related to Recruiting
- Passion for customer and candidate experience
- Fluency in English is essential and fluency in spoken and written German is a great advantage
