Mission:

  • Provide our 150+ SpotMe team members with the best IT tools so that we can do our job in a secure, enjoyable, and productive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the SpotMe corporate IT infrastructure (150+ users, 120+ MacBooks, 60 applications with 15 administrators, 3 office networks)
  • Configure and manage workstations and business applications, such as Google Suite, Salesforce, and Atlassian to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide company-wide support by executing onboarding, offboarding, and support requests
  • Maintain and develop corporate IT scope, priorities, processes, SLAs, and escalations
  • Lead corporate IT projects, such as those related to centralized identity and access management (EndPoint Device Management)
  • Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvements or upgrades, especially in the aspect of user experience, cost and productivity
  • Ensure the SpotMe corporate IT infrastructure meets SpotMe security requirements and guidelines
  • Track and maintain hardware and software assets

Requirements & Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in IT management
  • Relevant experience managing IT in a growing tech company
  • Hands-on experience managing and performing complex configurations with Google Suite, Atlassian tools, Salesforce, and EndPoint Device Management solutions; experience with MacOS is preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in establishing and applying good security practices, as well as applying compliance requirements, such as ISO 27001, SOC2, CIS
