About the role

Do you love crafting brand strategies that ignite consumer passion? As a Senior Strategist, you'll lead the development of impactful strategies for a variety of major fmcg clients, managing projects from concept to execution. This involves conducting thorough market research and gathering key consumer insights to develop powerful brand positioning and compelling narratives.

You'll spearhead creative workshops and develop frameworks for new products and brand extensions, collaborating closely with our creative teams to bring these visions to life. Building strong client relationships and staying ahead of the curve on the latest consumer trends are crucial. You'll also contribute to the evolution of our agency's research methodologies.

About you

You're a strategic and creative thinker with a demonstrable track record of developing successful brand strategies within the FMCG sector. You possess a keen analytical mind with an eye for detail, while also maintaining a strong grasp of the bigger picture. You thrive in collaborative environments, building brands that resonate deeply with consumers.

Experience in a brand or design agency is highly desirable, with FMCG experience a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential. A passion for brands and a deep understanding of consumer trends are vital. Experience with workshops, sustainability initiatives, global/local brand management, and integrated brand communications would be a plus.
