In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building long-term relationships with key clients and influencing commercial outcomes that shape the industry. Your key responsibilities as a Senior Strategic Business Development Manager will include:
• Leading strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive growth across key accounts and partnerships.
• Acting as a senior advisor and strategic lead, influencing direction and execution across high-value client relationships.
• Building in-depth knowledge of client businesses to deliver tailored solutions and maximize opportunities.
• Managing and re-negotiating contract renewals, including price increases, while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Representing the business in senior-level client negotiations and industry forums.
• Monitoring and analyzing account performance, forecasting key metrics, and ensuring accurate reporting in Salesforce.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Strategic Business Development Manager:
• You have experience selling multiple products/services in the format of complex deals to customers within the financial services industry.
• You have proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex client environments with commercial acumen.
• You bring experience in shaping multi-year strategic account plans and delivering measurable business impact.
• You have demonstrated success in leading high-value negotiations and renewals.
• You possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• You are self-motivated, thrive in a results-driven environment, and have strong problem-solving capabilities.
