About the role
As a Senior Stock Administrator, you will manage global equity program and ensure compliance with global equity administration requirements. From managing transactions to supporting education and communication efforts, you'll help deliver an exceptional employee experience and scale equity operations as Cloudflare grows.
What you'll do
- Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of Cloudflare's global equity programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead and support special projects related to equity administration, including system improvements, process automation, and data integrity initiatives.
- Administer and maintain equity-related systems and tools (e.g., E*TRADE Equity Edge Online), including data imports/exports, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Perform data analysis using internal equity data to generate insights, support reporting, and recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, HR, and external vendors (e.g., brokers, transfer agents) to support program execution and resolve issues.
- Assist employees in understanding and maximizing their equity compensation through education, communications, and support.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in stock administration, in a publicly traded company.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar preferred.
- Experience with E*TRADE / EEO equity administration platform.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Level 3 preferred.
- Strong working knowledge and demonstrated experience with stock options, RSUs and ESPP
