About the role:
We are seeking a Staff UX Designer who will drive forward the most important products in our returns portfolio while managing and coaching key members of the design team. This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on design execution with leadership responsibilities to raise the profile of design across the returns portfolio and the organisation.
As a Staff UX Designer, you will be a vital member of your cross-functional product squad, promoting design standards, advocating for the user, and shaping our product strategy. You understand that creating cohesive, user-centric experiences is paramount and are passionate about building products that drive value for people, businesses, and the planet.

Serve as a trusted design advocate, building strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Sales.
