What you’ll do
The Global WMS Solution Delivery organization develops the software and systems that organize where millions of products move around the globe to our stores each day. We are looking for a motivated, experienced Sr. Staff Scrum Master to help us build and deploy critical features to support our WMS Programs.
As a Sr. Staff Scrum Master, your core responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Agile teams in clearing obstacles and establishing an environment where they can be highly effective.
- Managing multiple, complex teams across programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile best practices.
- Coaching and mentoring other Scrum Masters to elevate Agile maturity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supporting the Release Train Engineer (RTE) function by facilitating PI Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving program-level execution.
- Addressing team dynamics and helping teams manage external interruptions and distractions.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure transparency, alignment, and delivery of high-value solutions.

- Proven experience managing multiple, complex Agile teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing other Scrum Masters and fostering Agile maturity across teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience supporting the Release Train Engineer (RTE) function in large-scale Agile programs.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills to guide teams through challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years as a Scrum Master/ Project Manager/ Project Analyst familiar with agile processes
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to drive conversations with cross-functionally teams.
- Ability to manage conflict and hold people accountable.
- Able to support the off hours if needed.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
