About the role
We are looking for experienced full stack engineers who can help us achieve our ambitious goals in the new area of AI Risk Management. In this role, you will expected to work independently with little supervision. We expect you to have a strong software engineering background, with relevant experience, a willingness to drive change in search of the best solution and ability to implement and scale it. We are only looking for developers who are enthusiastic to take on difficult challenges, you must be a self starter! You will be responsible from day one for the overall code quality and team outcomes. We are offering an attractive six-figure compensation package for those candidates that can demonstrate the right level of experience and bring with them an 'attitude to succeed' mindset. Our company HQ is central London.

What you’ll be using
- Typescript

What you’ll need
- 5+ years of relevant work experience at tech and product-driven companies
- Prior experience gained at either principle or team lead level
- Proficiency with Javascript, Typescript, and a front-end framework such as react
- Proficiency with a backend language such as Python
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies
- Ability to move fast in an environment where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadlines
- A passion for delivering high quality solutions and enjoys learning new technologies
