The Brand Partnerships team collaborates with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and innovative solutions. As part of our overall marketing efforts, we partner with admired consumer brands to promote our titles and fuel fandom with creative marketing campaigns that drive outsized conversation, creating more ways for fans to connect with the content and IP that they love. Since the launch of Netflix Ads in late 2022, we have continued to innovate our partnership offering, developing new integrated solutions for brands to connect with our content and IP, while continuing to provide an outstanding experience to all our members and ad-supported subscribers. 

About The Role

We are looking for a Sponsorships Senior Specialist for a temporary cover lasting 12 - 14 months starting in February 2026.

As the Senior Specialist, Sponsorships, EMEA you will support the management and advancement of sponsorships solutions across the Netflix ecosystem in EMEA [UK, FR, IT, ES, DE]. You will lead day-to-day operations and serve as a connection point between Brand Partnerships, the Ad Sales organisation and cross-functional teams. Broadly, you will:

  • Support the development and execution of sponsorship programs across EMEA

  • Drive Single Title Sponsorship go-to-market strategy for Netflix IP across the region

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to package sponsorship opportunities for sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real-time tracking of sponsorship availability, ongoing pitches, and confirmed campaigns at the market level to support Sales and cross-functional team initiatives 

  • Inform and support packaging, pricing, and go-to-market [GTM] strategy of Sponsorships across Netflix IP

  • Lead responses to daily inbound communications with sales regarding sponsorship opportunities 

  • Distribute regular updates to Sales teams about available Sponsorships

  • Work closely with Legal & Ad Policy teams to vet brands for Sponsorships

  • Collaborate with marketing & product teams to develop and unlock new capabilities tied to Sponsorships

Key Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in sponsorship management within linear and/or streaming environments, or in Ad Sales account management

  • Understanding of key EMEA media markets (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy)

  • Demonstrated project management or program management skills 

  • Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, Legal, and Research teams

  • Broad understanding of the ad-supported & sponsorship-driven entertainment and sports environments, across linear and streaming distribution

  • Experience with pricing & packaging sponsorships across linear, on-demand streaming, social, and experiential channels 

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Understanding of “content-driven” sensitivities related to brand association and endorsement

  • Ability to partner and support sales teams through the sales cycle process

  • Proficiency in an additional European language (French, Spanish, and/or German) is a plus, though not required
