Job Description
The Team
This newly created role will report into our People data and Analytics Lead, and sit within our People Operations & Experience Team. This team underpins all work across the People function and is our engine room - from data and insights to, operations and services (and the change involved in bringing us from one to the other) this team sits at the heart of our largest, big rock initiatives within the department (e.g. employee experience and HR transformation).
This growing team is made up of project and transformation managers, people services and process experts, data and analytics and workplace experience specialists, and we are on an exciting journey as we help establish future-proof structures that enable our People team to support the business.
Qualifications
About You
- Passion for people/HR data and its ethical usage
- Great knowledge of ETL processes, associated tools, databases and BI platforms, including knowledge of SQL and R or Python.
- Desire to learn and grow in the data and analytics environment.
- Customer centric with a focus on strong stakeholder management and experience.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Preferable knowledge of Workday reporting / PRISM or other HCM’s reporting suites.
- Preferable knowledge of the People data domain. If not direct experience, a clear interest and demonstrable appetite to build this knowledge.
What you will be doing
- Partnering with stakeholders (internal/external to the People team) to understand and deliver new reporting & data requirements.
- Working with the People Analytics to help deliver fast and accurate analytics.
- Developing and maintaining People datasets for operational and advanced analytics, including Workday PRISM (data mart technology).
- Developing and maintaining a variety of complex Workday reports and dashboards.
- Helping to develop the People data tech stack including implementing People Analytics tooling.
- Working with the Data Governance team on creating and maintaining People data dictionary and traceability.
- Championing self-service data and reports.
- Participating in Workday major releases, identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality.
- Actively ensuring data quality and integrity.
Additional Information
Hybrid Working Model:
All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We’ve worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally.
