This role is responsible for owning and growing one of NewPay’s key retail partnerships, ensuring it delivers strong commercial performance, an excellent customer experience, and long-term strategic value. You’ll act as the bridge between NewPay and our partner, aligning priorities, driving growth, and continuously improving the embedded finance proposition.

Working closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Commercial teams, you’ll help shape the roadmap, optimise performance, and turn insight into action. This is an opportunity to play a central role in scaling an embedded finance product, with real ownership, visibility, and impact.


How you’ll contribute
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with internal teams and partner organisations

  • Define and deliver joint growth and marketing strategies to drive acquisition and repeat usage

  • Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics and share insights with stakeholders

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives based on customer and partner feedback to improve performance and experience

  • Manage contract governance, risk, and regular performance reviews

We’re looking for these essential skills
  • The ability to manage and grow partnerships or client relationships in fintech, financial services, or consumer-focused environments

  • Strong commercial capability, including understanding P&L and credit programme drivers

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive action

  • The ability to operate as a self-starter in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

It’s a plus if you also have these skills
  • Experience working in digital payments, embedded finance, or consumer lending

  • The ability to contribute to joint marketing and growth initiatives

  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams

  • The ability to use customer and client feedback to drive continuous improvement

  • Experience working in regulated or high-growth fintech environments
